Things I Will Do:
I will...
... release a video (posted on YouTube and linked to my site) performing an original jingle about the subject chosen by that day's customer
... write a blog entry about the jingle's subject and include info about any giveaways (if applicable)
Things I Won't Do: I'm a pretty fun and care-free guy, but there are a few things I won't do in my jingles. I won't...
... use offensive language
... get naked (not that I'm thinking anyone will request that, but just in case)
... do anything illegal (duh!)
... use lyrics or melodies of existing songs (see above)
I may add to this list at my discretion if I see a need to. If an issue arises with a customer and we can't resolve it, you'll get your money back, though I don't really imagine this happening.
Mailing Address and Sending Me Stuff: If you want to send any props / outfits / giveaways to me, my address will be in the order confirmation email you receive. If you plan on sending me something, please send it to me as soon as possible. Usually a week in advance should be fine. If I'll be away from my house for longer than a week before your day, I'll notify you by email so we can make proper arrangements. Also, when you send me something, please notify me by email what you're sending so that I know who it's from when I receive it.
Buying Process: The process works as following.
1. You select an available day
2. You fill out the order form
3. After you fill out the order form and submit it, you complete the order via PayPal.
a. I review it and make adjustments in price (if any). Most orders won't have any adjustments at all, but if you have special location requests (such as you want me to shoot it at your coffee shop 100 miles away, I might be able to do it but I'd request a bit extra for travel time) or would like to have a special guest performing with me (might cost extra if it throws my production schedule way out of whack or require hours of additional practice... unless it's with Dave Matthews... no matter what it takes, no extra charge for you Dave).
b. If everything looks good as is (it should be 98% of the time), I send you a confirmation email saying that we're all set.
c. If something needs to be adjusted (price, expectations) I'll send you an email back with the changes.
d. Once we've reached an agreement, then we're all set. If there is an additional charge that we agreed on (travel expenses, etc.), then you'll return to the page with the calender, click on the "adjust my order", and fill out the form with the correct date and additional amount, and complete the transaction via PayPal.
4. Congrats, you're all set! All you have to do now is tell all your friends/customers about your upcoming jingle and enjoy the show!
Ownership: I own the video and maintain all rights for it. However, for just an additional 20% of your jingle's price, you may buy a full-use license of the work. This license comes with a lot of extra treats, including:

Limitation of Liability
yourdailyjingle.com shall not be directly or indirectly liable and/or not responsible for any use of this website, jingles, and/or video created at your request.
Indemnification
The purchasor of a jingle and/or video from yourdailyjingle.com shall indemnify yourdailyjingle.com and/or its owners for any copyright infringement, negligence, improper use, or willful misconduct that arises from the use of such jingle and/or video by the purchasor.
